The compensation of members of the board of directors and the executive committee differ from the compensation of other levels in the organization in terms of scale, design and governance.

In public companies, they are subject to increasing regulatory control and scrutiny from shareholders, proxy advisors and the legislator.
We define executive compensation as compensation for members of an executive committee. Board compensation is compensation for members of the board of directors. In different countries, various terms are used to denote the bodies responsible for the management of a company.

Compensation for these target groups is one of our core areas of expertise. We provide support for boards of directors and management teams at small and large, local and international companies. Our proficiency in this field is based on longstanding experience in corporate compensation management and consulting activities.

For compensation or market comparisons, we use your data or acquire data from third parties – we do not collect data for comparative purposes ourselves. We provide added value in the form of assessments that evaluate quality, relevance and the suitability of data. We may prepare comparison studies for listed companies whose data is publicly available.

The work we perform in this field is closely interlinked with our expertise in corporate governance. Please read the description in the Governance section for more information.
