Job grading in companies is nowadays all too often based on outdated evaluation criteria and on systems hardly flexible. At a time where organizations, roles, profiles and jobs are constantly changing, many existing systems impede the frequent update of evaluations. In addition, many are associated with an excessive administrative effort and the dependency on the vendor.
Gradar was developed from scratch. It is a system with a high standard of a comprehensible, practice-based and non-discriminatory evaluation of jobs. For this unique, SME-relevant system a computational logic was developed, which is based on latest insights from work and organizational sciences.
